At Innside Out, every item is quality-checked with care before being shipped. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Items that show as “Delivered”
Please review your order carefully before checking out.
✨ No Returns / No Exchanges
For the safety and cleanliness of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Loungewear and sleepwear are intimate items, and we cannot restock or resell them once opened.
✨ Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot:
• Cancel it
• Change the size
• Change the color
• Modify the shipping address
Please double-check all information before submitting your order.
✨ Wrong Address Disclaimer
If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, Innside Out is not responsible.
Returned packages will require a new shipping fee to be reshipped.
✨ Damaged or Defective Items
We do take responsibility for mistakes on our end.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@shopinnsideout.com] with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue
• A photo of the packaging
We will gladly assist you.
✨ Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order shows Delivered by the carrier, Innside Out is not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Packages delivered to incorrect mailrooms, apartments, etc.
You may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
